Shipping & Handling Costs
Estate Jewelry Show:
- Jewelry shipping is priced according to the item's value.
- All items are insured and require a signature upon arrival.
Coins & Fine Art Show:
- Art shipping is priced according to the weight and dimensions of the piece.
- Coins & Collectibles shipping costs are priced according to their value.
- Framing and custom jobs can add significant time to the estimated delivery date.
Shipping Delivery Policy
- Jewelry items will be shipped out within 10 business days via USPS, unless sizings or alterations are requested.
- Art items will be shipped out as soon as possible via a professional delivery service. Please allow extended period of time for custom framing to be completed if required.
- Coins & Collectibles will be shipped out within 10 business days via USPS, unless any custom requests are made.
Refunds
- Customer has 14 Days from receiving merchandise to return. Once the item goes through the checking process, which can take approx 2 weeks, the money will be refunded onto the same card(s) used during the original transaction.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping, appraisal & sizing costs. Returns must have an RMA# and must include all original packaging.
- To Return, call 855-474-6778. If it is during off hours, please leave a message indicating your name and the item you are looking to return.
- Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- All cancellations after Midnight (12am) PST on the same day of purchase will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
